Such a dope spot! As soon as you enter the parking lot you get a bit of throwback vibes and then upon entering the shop you're immediately greeted with black art and vintage records adorning the walls. It's almost a crime not to take photos for the IG. I'm not sure but I think all of the lattes default with oat milk which is not really my cup of tea. But I typically order the Aunt Vic with whole milk and it's definitely a fave. For sure check them out if you're on this side of town.

Coffee menu didn't really have any description as to what went into the drinks, so it was a pleasant surprise haha. I think we came at a peak time, so it was a little busy and a little bit of a wait. But it was worth it since we weren't on a strict schedule. What we got: Aunt Viv - My husband ordered this drink and we think it might have some cardamom in it? It was really good if you like some extra notes in your coffee. Cappuccino - This was smooth, had good body, and wasn't just entirely milk--still had good espresso flavor. Solid drink. Biscuit - This was stellar! So many flaky layers in a mile high biscuit! I think he got some variation of cheddar and chives maybe? It was so so good. Slightly crispy outer layer, but super soft, buttery inner layers that were full of savory goodness.

Nice coffee shop in the developing area of the westside. Coffee is good. Free WiFi; and good ambiance. Sometimes they are a little slow but the coffee is worth the wait.

It's crazy that I haven't visited before now! Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Portrait Coffee. I usually order a cortado with a shot of espresso, but I was recommended to try a cap instead and it was great! It was lively (so maybe not the best for work if you need quiet) but overall a great experience. I'll be back again!

very cute! got the aunt viv latte and, even though it was pricey, i appreciated how strong the cardamom flavor was and was surprised how well it paired with the coffee flavor. the space is surprisingly large and seems like an awesome place for studying and working.

It's all about building a community and supporting our friends when they embark on new ventures, like opening a coffee shop. Empowering others to succeed without hesitation is in our hands. When we support each other, the community thrives and so do we. Now, about the coffee and the place - it offers fantastic coffee, a friendly atmosphere, and a wonderful spot to work away from home. The charm lies in simplicity, with everything thoughtfully arranged. Khalid, this is dedicated to you. Wishing you, your team, and friends all the best on this exciting new journey!

I love trying new coffee shops and this one did not disappoint. Firstly, it is such a beautiful space, I love the decor and the music playing, it's a great space to hang out and read or get some work done. Service was great, we were greeted upon entry and it was a very pleasant experience interacting with the staff. They were very kind. The coffee is really good, I had a salted butterscotch latte that I enjoyed. I also love that there is ample parking that is free!

This has been my favorite coffee bean roaster for about two years, and they now have a coffee shop open in the West End! I buy whole beans and my favorites are the Stacey and the Toni. But we switch it up with other varieties, as well. The coffee shop is small and has a great vibe- I love their lattes. The latte selection changes frequently, but I've tried the Aunt Viv and Sweet Potato lattes and have enjoyed both. If you're a coffee lover, or just curious about trying new coffees, visit Portrait Coffee and check out what they have to offer.

What's not to love about a local community coffee shop? Especially when they have top-notch service, great coffee, good danishes, and ample space for you to lounge indoors or outside? If you're looking for that, then you have certainly found it here. I am so proud to live within walking distance. And today, the Earl gray lavender tea hit the spot along with a quick purchase of a "from Atlanta" T-shirt for the husband.

This place is an oasis for any coffee lover or supporter of the Black coffee movement. It is a clean and aesthetically pleasing coffee shop right next to Tasili's Raw Reality Cafe. You can find beautiful plants adorning the space and vibrant art work hanging on the walls. There's also a parking lot right next door with ample parking. They have friendly and efficient staff that'll greet you as soon as you walk in. If you're looking to sit down and work remotely, they have cozy sitting areas for you to relax and enjoy your delicious coffee. I got an ice Aunt Viv with oat milk. Yes, they have alternative milk options. My beverage was refreshing and perfect to beat this intense Georgia heat. They also have a small menu of light bites like cinnamon rolls and such. Do yourself a favor and make it to the West End to enjoy one of newest and most socially conscious coffee shops in Atlanta. Portrait Coffee is a true example of a business that's for the community by the community.
